My Story
From mental chaos to clarity. From suffering to fulfillment.
Where I started
I was born in 1997 in Craiova, Romania, into a loving but modest family. Our motto was simple and strong:
"There's no such thing as 'I can't.' There's only 'I won't.'"
I grew up with values, and with things we couldn't afford. For a good part of my childhood I believed money was everything. Later I learned that real wealth comes from principles and inner balance.
I picked up a basketball for the first time at nine. At fifteen I left home, set on chasing my dream. I worked myself into the ground, signed my first professional contract at seventeen, and went on to win the U20 European Championship.
From the outside, it all looked like success. On the inside? I was falling apart.

The invisible wall
I was in excellent physical shape, but something kept stopping me. It was like a wall inside my mind. Frustration. Pressure. Sleepless nights. Doubt.
What followed was a dark stretch: fights with coaches, alcohol, wasted nights, bad choices.
The turning point? One morning I woke up on a sidewalk after a panic attack. That's when I knew I couldn't keep going like this.
A second life
At twenty-two I left to play in Germany. Far from everything I knew. That's where the real change started: I read, I studied sport psychology, I learned to meditate, to understand myself, to train my mind.
I realized that if you don't control what you think, you don't control anything.
And more important, that I could turn all that searching into a process that helps other athletes too.

Books, realizations, a calling
At twenty-four I published my first book, „Ca Sportivii" ("Like Athletes"), a children's story about sports, discipline, nutrition, and self-confidence. It did well. It made it into schools, into homes, into people's hearts.
At twenty-seven I released „Sportivul Spiritual" ("The Spiritual Athlete"), a guide for people looking for balance between body, mind, and spirit.
Along the way, I started working as a mental coach. I left basketball behind for a bigger mission: to be the support I would have wanted in my own hard moments.
Where I am now
Today I work with Olympic athletes, teenagers, teams, and families. I help real people get past real blocks. I'm not talking from books, I'm talking from experience.
If you've ever felt stuck, like you have more in you but don't know how to reach it, there's one thing I want you to know:
You don't have to go through it alone. I've been there. And I know how to help you get to the next level.

"It's in your control to learn how to think, how to act, and how to feel like the best version of yourself."
